Toad’s Rug Bank Rules & Regulation

• All rugs must be washed before entering the bank
• This must be paid for when each rug is placed in the  Rug Bank if we are asked to clean it
• 10% charge will be added to the requested sale price
• No rug can be taken from our premises without payment being received
• We have the right to refuse a blanket
• Rugs can be reserved for a £2.00 non-refundable charge per rug
• If no reserve has been paid, then all rugs are sold on a first come first served basis
• Cheques made payable to Toad Hall
• Any rug damaged or stolen in our care will be paid for at the price agreed initially
• We cannot guarantee the time range that it will take to sell your rug
• You have the right to remove your rug at any time unless there is a client on their way that day
• Returns will be accepted if the rug is in exactly the same condition as when it left the bank
